Hi, I’m Oliver Muschner, or let’s just go with „Oli“!
My life motto is: „Everyone is the architect of their own success and happiness.“
As for me, I am a person with diverse interests and a deep passion for travel, people, technology, and finding creative solutions to complex issues. As an experienced architect of personal happiness and success, I always rely on personal responsibility, determination, and the willingness to explore new paths.
After graduating from a German school, I followed my practical passion into a technical apprenticeship, which laid the foundation for my deep technical understanding. Ten years of physical work not only strengthened my practical skills but also my problem-solving abilities and ambition. The challenge to further expand my knowledge eventually led me to pursue a technical degree, which I completed as the top graduate of my class.
In addition to my technical enthusiasm, my curiosity for the world of digitalization and its possibilities sparked early on. In my spare time, I acquired extensive knowledge in IT, online marketing, SEO, and business development. This passion eventually led to the creation of my own part-time business.
The outstanding completion of my degree, combined with my enthusiasm for new challenges, opened the door to an exciting position as a project manager. In this demanding role, I was able to deepen my skills over many years, develop innovative solutions, and take on responsibility for large projects. During this time, I learned to stay calm in dynamic and challenging situations and make sustainable decisions.
But the question „Is this really my path until retirement?“ kept bothering me. This unease sparked the courage in me to question everything I had achieved so far and eventually take a radical step: I left my secure job and life in Germany behind and followed my inner voice – onto a sailboat in the Caribbean and into full professional independence.
Since then, I’ve been living my dream of adventure, discovering new horizons, and growing from the challenges of life both at sea and on land. The freedom of the ocean teaches me to stay flexible, react quickly to changes, and solve problems creatively. In addition to my travels on the oceans, I also travel with a backpack, which gives me deeper insights into new cultures and constantly broadens my perspectives.
Through my self-determined life, I’ve learned how important it is to develop my own personality, live out and integrate my passions into both my career and free time, and adopt a mindset of limitless thinking to tap into my own potential.
These experiences not only influence my professional projects today, but also shape my understanding of success and fulfillment. I firmly believe that success and happiness are not goals, but a journey – a journey that you shape yourself, staying open to new opportunities along the way.
